What this tool is (and isn't)
This app uses AI to read and summarize letters from a photo. It can misread small print, handwriting, or damaged pages, and it can make mistakes — the same way a person skimming a letter quickly might. It is not a substitute for a lawyer, accountant, insurance agent, doctor, or the sender of the letter itself.
Always double-check any date, dollar amount, or required action against the original letter before acting on it, especially anything involving money, legal rights, insurance coverage, or health.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials to yourself.
- You agree to use this app only for letters that are legitimately yours or that you have permission to upload.
- You won't use the app to upload illegal content or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Free plan and Letters Pro subscription
- The free plan includes 3 letter explanations per calendar month.
- Letters Pro is a paid subscription ($8.88/month) that removes the monthly limit and unlocks reply/call-script drafting and unlimited saved letters.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically until canceled.
- To cancel, click "Manage Subscription" in the app header — this opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel or update your payment method yourself, no waiting required. You can also email klnance81@hotmail.com for help.
No warranty
This app is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate, and we're not liable for decisions made based on its output.
Changes
We may update these terms or the app itself over time. If something changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
